We encourage you to periodically review this Conditions of Sale to stay informed about how we are protecting the Personally Identifiable Information we collect. 1.) The auction will take place publicly and voluntarily.
Participation means acceptance in full of the Terms of Auction,
considered as known, of Widecoin Elegant Collection Limited (hereafter referred to as the auctioneer) by the Purchaser's (hereafter also referred to as the Bidder or Buyer).
2.) All lots mentioned in the catalogue may be inspected by Bidders before the auction. The Bidder will be held responsible for any damage caused during the viewing.
The estimated prices in the catalogue are not binding.
The Auctioneer is also authorized to refuse any person’s attendance at the auction without giving any reason.
3.) The lots are described with greatest care and to the best of the Auctioneer’s knowledge. The descriptions do not, however, constitute any particular guarantee.
we will not provide any warranty as to the authenticity or conditions of the lots. the bidders shall verify the conditions, and be responsible for associated with the action, we strongly recommend the bidders to inspect the lots on viewing time, and should not be rely upon the sale catalogue or any of our illustrations.
4.) The lots will be sold to the highest Bidder. The Buyer shall pay a commission of 15% added to the hammer price. Bidders are bound to their bids if a subsequent higher bid is invalid or immediately refused by the Auctioneer.

The normal bidding increments are:

HKD$2,000 to HKD$5,000 by HKD$200
HKD$5,000 to HKD$10,000 by HKD$500
HKD$10,000 to HKD$20,000 by HKD$1,000
HKD$20,000 to HKD$50,000 by HKD$2,000
HKD$50,000 to HKD$100,000 by HKD$5,000
HKD$100,000 to HKD$ 200,000 by HKD$10,000
HKD$200,000 to HKD$500,000 by HKD$20,000
HKD$500,000 and up by HKD$50,000
The striking of the hammer represents the acceptance of the highest bid, at which moment the buyers shall bear all the obligations associated with the successful bid
Bidders should bear in mind that estimates are prepared well in advance of the sale and are not definitive.
They are subject to revision.
5.) Anyone who wish to bid, should register with identity documents before the auction.
You must provide us with your full name and permanent address and complete sign a registration form and provide identification.
For Hong Kong local first time bidders must obtain a bidding numbered paddle before auction start and must place deposit of HKD$10,000 (Cash only), if the bidder without any successful bid, the deposit will be returned immediately after the auction, but if the bidder had successful bids, the deposit shall to be applied to the settlement of the account, any balance shall be returned when the buyers collects their lots, if the buyer fail to settle as required, the deposit may be forfeited.
Bidder who intends to bid lots with estimate above HKD$300,000 should contact auctioneer before the auction, may be asked to increase the amount of deposit.
(all bidders shall keep their numbered paddle tag under their safe custody, and shall not lend the same to any other person, otherwise, the bidder shall bear all the responsibilities associated with the use of numbered paddle tag for bidding.)
The auction will be conducted in Hong Kong dollar,
Accepted payments are by Visa, MasterCard, cash, approved personal check or bank wire transfer. If the purchaser pays by credit card (including credit-debit cards), an additional service fee of three percent (3.0%) will be added. This service fee will apply to the hammer price, buyer’s premium, shipping, and sales tax. A reacquisition charge may apply to Consignors pursuant to a separate agreement, which may be higher or lower than the Buyer's Premium. Payment is delinquent and in default if not received in full, in good funds, within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Auction (the "Default Date"), without exception, time being of the essence, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the Auction. Any bidder who does not pay within the standard deadline of fourteen (14) calendar days, regardless of any approval of alternative payment arrangements, may be considered a negligent payer and may be subject to increased scrutiny and additional requirements in order to participate in future auctions. If a credit card is provided before the sale, Widecoin Elegant Collection Limited reserves the right to charge your credit card for the total of your auction purchases if payment has not been received within the fourteen (14) calendar days deadline. All auction sales are payable strictly in immediately available good Hong Kong funds, through a bank in the Hong Kong. Personal checks must clear our bank before lots are delivered. Bounced or returned checks are subject to a HKD$300 fee.Payments. Payments by credit card are restricted to a maximum of HKD$50,000 per invoice. If a credit card has been used to pay for one invoice from the auction, it may not be used to pay for another invoice in the auction, regardless of the total amount of either invoice. We reserve the right to modify these payment limits, and we reserve the right to refuse payment by credit card at our discretion, in which case a bank wire, check, or cash equivalent will be required. Please be advised that payments coming by wire transfer usually only take a few days to arrive, but in rare cases they can take up to a few weeks to arrive due to Hong Kong government regulating, resulting in a delay of shipment of your lots. Lots will not be shipped until your full payment has arrived in our bank account. There is a HKD$300 fee for all bank wire transfers. Widecoin Elegant Collection Limited. reserves the right not to release lots for which funds have not yet been received in full. On any past due accounts, Widecoin Elegant Collection Limited. reserves the right, without notice, to extend credit and impose carrying charges of 1% per month. Buyers agree to pay reasonable attorney's fees and cost incurred to collect past due accounts. Buyers personally and unconditionally guarantee payment in full of all amounts owed to Widecoin Elegant Collection Limited. Any person submitting bids on behalf of a corporation or other entity, by making such bid, agrees to be personally liable for the payment of the purchase price and any related charges and the performance of all Buyer obligations under these Terms of Sale and Widecoin Elegant Collection Limited. reserves the right to require a written guarantee of such payments and obligations

"Widecoin Elegant Collection Limited " is not responsible for any errors which may occur on currency converter.
All payment or settlements conducted made in Hong Kong dollar, buyers shall only
collect the lots after full payments are made.
Foreign currencies will be accepted to the extent of the amounts credited by a principal Hong Kong bank, any costs arising from
exchange rate differences will be borne by the bidder.
The purchased lots may be collected from listed office the day after the auction during normal office hours.
6.) we will notify the "Commission bid" or "email bid" buyers in writing accordingly
Payment of lots is due on the day following the auction unless the Auctioneer has extension terms of payment,
thereafter. Commission Bidders are obliged to transfer the amount due immediately on receipt of invoice. The handing
over of lots can only be claimed after payment in full.
Upon delay of payment, the Auctioneer reserves the right either to sue, the Buyer for payment or to cancel the sales contract without granting any further grace period and to claim for damages for breach of contract together with the costs of such proceedings on a full indemnity basis. If the payment is more than 30 days overdue, a surcharge of 5% and interest in the amount of 4% above The Hong Kong Banking Corporation, Limited base rate will be payable.
The lots sold to Postal or Commission Bidders will be forwarded by mail or by other means of transport at the Bidder’s risk and expense.
7.) Any Bidders acting on account and behalf of a legal person must submit proof of their representation right (power of attorney, certificate of registration). They are personally liable, especially regarding the obligation entered into during
the auction. Bids made for unnamed persons or for persons named later or for not yet legally existing persons cannot be considered. Written bids which are higher than the best bid of a Bidder present will be considered carefully and in the Bidder’s interest but without prejudice.
If you give us instructions to bid on your behalf, are received not later than 24 hours before the auction.
In the case of two or more identical bids, the first bid received will be deemed to be the successful bid.
(In case of doubt, disputes or misunderstandings, the lot will be auctioned again. This decision will be made by the Auctioneer.)
Upon the fall of the Auctioneer’s hammer, a sales contract is entered into between the Auctioneer and the Bidder.
The Buyer is obliged to accept the goods. The risk passes to the Buyer with the fall of the hammer; title of ownership, however, passes to the Buyer after full payment of the total amount due.

8.) The auction and any subsequent legal relationship are subject to Hong Kong law. The Auctioneer, however, reserves the right to sue the Buyer at his place of residence.
9) Claims of returns concerning quality and authenticity of single lots must be made immediately by the Buyer being
personally, present or in writing within seven days of the date of the auction, must be in writing within three days after receipt of the invoice or goods.
Collections lots containing two or more banknote or coin which are not described individually, no claims returns will be accept regarding quality.
All Complaints must also be refused, if the banknote or coin are not returned in the original condition,
if product have been altered afterwards by the Buyer, except in the case of marks made by a recognized
expert who is responsible for his errors. "third party company" for graded lot, the acceptance of the certificate by the
Buyer, in this case the Auctioneer cannot be held liable.
We will not accept return of lots that have been authenticated by the third-party grading company. Any disputes will need
to be settled between the buyer and the respective company.
